Research in EDM

EDM focuses its research activities on three competence areas:

In the aforementioned areas EDM has developed the full spectre of research activities. EDM performs fundamental, basic and applied research as well as contract research and development.
Since the research in EDM is strongly oriented towards possible future applications, EDM is quite active in basic and applied research through projectconsortia with several companies. Dedicated research to the needs of one company is the subject of contract R&D projects.
